Yesterday, I chanced upon an online travel site mentioning a British Airways mistake first class fare from South Africa to Spain. Which is where I wanted to visit, Cape Town.
The fare is bookable on the airline's website for ~S$1200 return or S$800 one way. I was only quick enough to book a one-way flight from Cape Town to Barcelona. But was not quick enough for a return flight. The fare was gone in like, 2 hours.
Though the ticket showed as confirmed as of now, I'm not keeping my hopes high. The airline doesn't really have a history of honoring mistake fares.
